One Cloud Digital Ltd may receive any information from you (username, email address, phone number) when you subscribe to our mailing-list, or create an account on our SIP service sip.ONe-Cloud.it or from One Cloud Digital Ltd’s account assistant.
When you use One Cloud Digital Ltd, One Cloud Digital Ltd may also access to the contact list, photos and documents stored in your mobile phone for the purpose to exchange it with your friends.

The data that One Cloud Digital Ltd use are anonymous, there are used for the proper functionning of One Cloud Digital Ltd. By using One Cloud Digital Ltd, you grant to One Cloud Digital Ltd the right to have acces and display all media content (e.g. audio & video recordings  and text communications) that you upload, send, or otherwise exchange with One Cloud Digital Ltd, for the only purposes of operating One Cloud Digital Ltd service. 

WHEN DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Any of the information that One Cloud Digital Ltd collects from you when you create your One Cloud Digital Ltd account is used to verify your identity and provide you with access to our services.

• Name: Providing your name is optional. If provided, we may use it to personalize the email sent to your email address for account activation.
• Phone Number: We use your phone number to send a validation code required to complete your One Cloud Digital Ltd registration. Your phone number is also used in One Cloud Digital Ltd’s smart contact list, allowing your friends to find you more easily. By entering phone numbers, One Cloud Digital Ltd users can see in their One Cloud Digital Ltd contact list who else is using the application.
• Contact List: In One Cloud Digital Ltd for iOS and Android, the app automatically imports your contacts’ phone numbers from your phone’s address book to enhance your experience.
• Photos and Other Files: We only access the files stored on your phone when you choose to send them via text messages using One Cloud Digital Ltd. Such files are stored temporarily.
• Camera Roll Access: We request access to your device's camera roll solely to allow you to upload a photo for your profile. We do not access, store, or use any other photos or data from your camera roll without your explicit consent. The photos you choose to upload will be securely stored and used only as part of your profile within our service.
• Audio & Video Recordings and Text Messages: We temporarily store audio and video data when you make calls via One Cloud Digital Ltd. However, we never read or listen to your private voice, video, or text content.
• Email Address: If you create your One Cloud Digital Ltd account using your email address, you agree to receive a confirmation email at that address to activate your account.

HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION STORED AND HOW DO WE PROTECT IT?

Your personal information are transmitted over internet using TLS encryption protocol and are stored on SIP servers in a datacenter operated by OVH here Security, and here Datacenters . They warrant the security of your information.
We offer the use of a secure server. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, or all type of content that you may upload or send with One Cloud Digital Ltd (e.g. text conversations, calls, videos, photos; etc.).
